Josie has worked within the fitness industry for many years. Starting out as a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and group Fitness Instructor. Josie soon qualified in many other areas, such as Cardiac Rehabilitation and Cancer Rehabilitation, working as a lifestyle coach and Specialist Health Advisor, helping people through difficult periods of their lives. Following her passion for health and fitness, Josie decided to team up with her daughter (Frankie) to offer fun, diverse, inclusive classes which unite the community.

Frankie Hurst

Co-founder of The Fitness Collab

Frankie found her passion for fitness through many years of dance training and inspiration from mum.

Following her graduation from UEL (university of East London), Frankie has gone on to fuse her passion of dance and fitness by gaining various qualifications such as Personal Training, Exercise to Music and more. Her original choreography means she can deliver bespoke classes like no other. Frankie also has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and creates a positive atmosphere at every opportunity.  Her happy-go-lucky nature never fails to raise the vibe and energy of everyone in the room.

 

Rachel Uttley

Instructor

Rachel is super passionate about fitness but most of all loves Boogie Bounce Boogie Revolution and Pound. You will always be greeted with warm, friendly, positive vibes in all of Rach's classes. What a  great energy to be around!

Carl Uttley

Instructor 

Carl is a L2 qualified gym instructor with motivation like no other. Carl started his journey as a member of TFC and now instructs boxing and spinning with us to share his passion with others. His drive and ambition is infectious so you'll be sure to have a great workout in his classes.
 

Hannah Wright

Instructor and L3 Personal trainer

Hannah is fierce, full of energy and sure to have the best playlists in class. She will push you to your limits with her passion and knowledge. Hannah has various a huge range of qualifications, tonnes of experience and you will find her teaching spin and barbell pump at TFC.

Emily Birchenough

Run Club Lead

Emily is our amazing run club lead who run's our TFC Run Club every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. She trains people from very beginner to more advanced and has recently competed the London Marathon herself. Em is great motivator to say the least and you're guaranteed to feel welcome by Emily's kind and smiley approach.
